City Parents’ School emerged winners of the recently concluded Digital Financial Inclusion Competitions. The competitions were about how to improve the opening and operating of savings accounts for children by sensitizing the children, involving parents and improving accessibility to banking services.

Many schools participated in the first round which involved essay writing. The top fifteen schools were picked for another round of which five were chosen for the finals that took place on 18th September 2018 at Serena Hotel.

Fifteen pupils from City Parents’ School qualified for the presentations at Serena. These included both Primary Schools and Secondary Schools battling in the same category.

Nsenga Samuel Victor a P.7 pupil of City Parents’ School was overall winner, Zoe Ahumuza, P.6 came in 2nd place and Elishaba Emasit, P.6 came in 3rd place overall.

The overall winner (Nsenga Samuel Victor) will go to California, U.S.A fro an exposure in December
